Strathclyde Fire Brigade Challenge Coin

Commissioned by the Heritage Trust this coin celebrates Strathclyde Fire Brigade, the coin is 44mm, with 7 colours and a nickel plated finish. On the front face it shows the badge of Strathclyde Fire Brigade, on the rear it has the inscription “The Brigade covered from the islands of Argyll through the City of Glasgow to industrial Lanarkshire.  It notes the Brigades and Service that came together to form it in 1975 and shows the banner “Semper Paratus”  Aye Ready.
