We at the Scottish Fire Brigades Heritage Trust, would firstly like to thank everyone that has helped, promoted, supported and attended the over 130 events we have covered this year, which dosent include all the hard work at the Heritage Centre in Greenock which was open for a record amount of days this year. We also had the Heritage Trust Royal Band of Scotland concert return this year after the covid guidance had been updated and lifted, which was a great success.
A massive thank you goes out to all our hard working volunteers, as we could not operate and cover our commitments to events, station days, ceremonial duties and indeed open / operate the Heritage Centre/Museum without their support and hard work.
The success of the Heritage Trust and the great feedback we receive is very much down to the people within the trust on how we deliver the message and engage with all the public and stakeholders.
That said none of this would be possible without the donations, sponsorship from the public, corporate supporters and support of the Scottish Fire and Rescue service.
Thank you all for the above.
We would also like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and fantastic Happy New Year from us all at the Scottish Fire Brigades Heritage Trust.
Looking forward to seeing you all at an event, station day etc near you or at the Museum in 2023.
Thank you all again.
The Scottish Fire Brigades Heritage Trust.
